Letting Go
Saturday 15th November - 10.30-16.30
This one-day workshop costs £60
Nature teaches us that to keep things in flow there’s a time to let go, creating space for something new to emerge. A beautiful example of this is the annual tree cycle, where the trees release their leaves, taking their energy down into their roots, preserving life that's then ready to burst out as new buds in spring.
This cycle also shows us that the discarded leaves are not just waste, breaking down into mulch which feeds their roots through winter.
For us humans, we often hold on to things for too long, creating stagnation and preventing the space for new energy to emerge. Whether this is through old patterns, ways of thinking, beliefs or habits that once served and protected us, but now only hold us back, keeping us small and feeling stuck, whilst all the new and exciting things we want to bring into our lives remains out of touch, a distant dream.
If any of this resonates with you then join me for this autumnal workshop which taps into the potent energies of this time of year, a space to create flow in your life as you let go of what no longer serves you, with care, humility and gratitude for all that it has brought you.
During this workshop we’ll: -
-
Explore why we hold on to these things, what we gain and what we lose by doing so
-
Experience and explore the Celtic Wheel and the life of trees showing how they can bring flow into our lives
-
Be in shamanic ceremony to release whatever is keeping us stuck, creating space for something new to emerge
-
Find a space for you to slow down and just be, coming back to yourself, a particularly important practice as we approach the busiest time of year
No prior experience necessary.
