About Shamanism

Shamanism is one of our oldest forms of spiritual practice and healing, dating back thousands of years.

Although shamanism has been practised across the globe throughout human history, there is a remarkable consistency in how these practises were adopted by tribes and communities, leaving us with a legacy of core principles that can be adapted across cultures to be relevant in the modern world.

Shamanism is based on direct personal experience and there is no dogma, sacred texts, priests or hierarchies. One of the basic principles of shamanism is the belief that everything is alive and has a spirit and as humans we are connected to everything.

Shamanism offers us the opportunity to reconnect with the natural rhythms of life that our modern world has abandoned. By combining ancient shamanic wisdom and practices with modern psychotherapy and counselling we create a path to reconnect us with our soul’s purpose and to embody the life we were born to live.

I adhere to strong ethical principles whilst creating a compassionate, healing space.

Some of the core aspects of shamanic practice include:

  • Soul retrieval

  • Power retrieval

  • Shamanic healing work

  • Integrating all aspects of ourselves, including those that are hidden

  • Ancestral and family healing

  • Incorporating shamanic healing into our everyday lives
