We face many barriers preventing us from living truly authentic lives. With the busyness and mental load that we are all carrying, we often find ourselves in survival mode, going from day to day.
If we ever get the chance to slow down and listen there is something calling to us, something deeper, something we have never met but feel like we know. This call can fade but never goes away, often returning in full voice when we least expect it.
This is the sound of our soul. A call unique to each of us, an invitation to walk a different path, one that only we can walk.
This may resonate with you or it may make no sense but at some level piques your interest. If you would like to explore this and much more then this experiential course, running over 3 weekends in 2026, is just for you, an opportunity to create space to answer your souls call, interpret its meaning and begin a beautiful quest walking your souls path, living in harmony with your true self.
In this course we will: -

Explore what we mean by soul through the experiences of different cultures and the eyes of poets

Prepare yourself to provide a welcoming space for your soul’s journey home

Exploring the barriers that prevent you from connecting to your soul and offering solutions to overcome them.

Experience encounters with soul, learning to decipher their meaning

Welcoming lost soul parts back into your life through the practice of soul retrieval

Support during the duration of the course and beyond in integrating these experiences into your life

Providing tools you can use throughout your life to nurture your relationship with your soul
This is deep work and so one of the key things I aim to provide is a safe, nurturing and supportive space for you to explore all that this course has to offer

This workshop will be held at 835 Wilmslow Road, East Didsbury, Manchester, M20 5WD. This is a small venue, allowing for a more personalised experience, so places are limited. The venue is easily reached by car, train, Metrolink and bus.
There is an option to pay for this course in installments. If you would like to look at this option, please let me know

In some instances, for example for those who have current complex mental health needs, shamanic work may not be advisable. Please contact me in confidence to discuss any queries.

The workshop will be held on the 2nd floor and unfortunately it can only be accessed by stairs. If this makes the workshop inaccessible for you then let me know, as I am planning to hold workshops at more accessible venues.
